Account Deletion Policy – Fayedah
✅ How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Fayedah account in two ways:
1. From the Mobile App
Open the Fayedah app
Go to Account Settings
Tap on “Delete My Account”
Confirm your choice — your account will be scheduled for deletion
2. By Email Request
You may also request account deletion by contacting our support team:

📌 Subject: “Request to Delete My Account”
📋 Include: Your registered email/phone number
⚠️ What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Your profile, order history, and personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 days
You will no longer have access to your purchases or account features
This action is irreversible
Any ongoing orders will be cancelled, and refunds (if eligible) will be processed accordingly
🛑 Important Notes
Deleting the app does not automatically delete your account. You must follow the in-app or email process.
We may retain certain transactional or legal data (e.g., invoices) only if required by law.
🔒 Data Protection
Your data is securely removed from our servers as per GDPR/local data regulations, and we do not retain or sell your information after account deletion.
